Lychee Yogurt Ice Lolly

Ingredients:
Plain Yogurt
Cream
Lychee (fresh or canned)
Caster Sugar
Gelatin
Water
Steps:
1.
In a saucepan, heat water and sprinkle gelatin over. Stir gently until completely dissolved. Let cool to room temperature.

Remove peel and seeds from fresh lychee. [Or drain lychees from can, reserving the syrup]. Chop up half the portion of lychee and set aside. Put the remainder into Professional High-Speed Food Processor. Select “Smoothie” function.

Add yoghurt, cream, sugar and lychee syrup (if any) into blended lychee. Press and hold “Pulse” button for 10 sec. Slowly stir in the gelatin. Mix in chopped lychee.
4.
Pour mixture into ice lolly maker. Freeze for 3 hours or overnight. Serve.
