Pumpkin & Corn Porridge

Ingredients:
Diced Pumpkin200 g
Corn Kernels100 g
Rice70 g
Chopped Spring OnionsTo Taste
Seasonings:
SaltTo Taste
PepperTo Taste
Steps:

Mix diced pumpkin and corn kernels with rice. Spread evenly in the inner pot of Steam Hotpot Cooker. Cover the lid. Steam at level 2 for 60-90 minutes.

Pour out the pumpkin and corn porridge. Sprinkle chopped scallion on top. Serve.
Tips:
While cooking the porridge, insert the Steam Rack and Steam seafood at the same time to make the porridge more flavorful.
