Fruit Flavoured Chicken Curry

Ingredients:
Minced Chicken600g
Tomatoes (chopped)400g
Onions (chopped)1pc
Ginger (chopped)1pc
Garlic (chopped)1clove
Fruit Pulp100-150g
Water600ml
Seasonings:
Butter40g
Cumin1tbsp
Chicken Bone Broth Powder1tsp
Coarse Salt1tsp
SaltTo Taste
PepperTo Taste
Red Chili Pepper (deseeded)1pc
Curry Powder2tbsp
Garam masala1tbsp
Turmeric Powder1tsp
Coriander Powder1tsp
Steps:

Heat the butter in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Saute the cumin. Add onions, ginger and garlic. Cook for 15-20 minutes in medium heat.

Put in the spices. Add minced chicken and stir well.
3.
Toss in the fruit pulp and tomatoes. Crush while stir-frying.
4.
Add water, chicken bone broth powder and coarse salt. Bring to a boil. Close the lid and cook in low heat for 20 minutes.
5.
Lastly, season with salt and pepper. Serve.
