Stewed Chicken with Phoenix Eye Fruit

Ingredients:
Phoenix Eye Fruit
Chicken Pieces
Ginger
Garlic
Marinade:
Sesame Oil
Light Soy Sauce
Sugar
Seasonings:
Salt
Pepper
Steps:
1.
Blanch the phoenix eye fruit. Take out the pulp and set aside.
2.
Marinate the chicken pieces.
3.
Slice the ginger. Dice the garlic.
4.
Saute the ginger and garlic in the Ultimate Rice Cooker with its lid open using any function.
5.
Put in the chicken pieces. Sear both sides until golden brown. Add the phoenix eye fruit pulp and water. Close and lock the lid. Select the "Meat" function.
6.
Open the lid when the steam is fully released. Add seasonings. Serve.
