Ingredients:
Winter Melon Punch Cubes
150g
Jelly Powder
70g
Colourful Sweet Potato Balls
150g
Popping Boba (Lychee, mango and blueberry flavour)
To taste
Hami Melon
To taste
Red Dragon Fruit
To taste
Strawberries
To taste
Blueberries
To taste
Steps:
1.
Dice all the fruit.
2.
Bring water to a boil in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Put in the colourful sweet potato balls and cook for 10 minutes until they become transparent. Rinse with cold water and set aside.
3.
Replace the water in the Cooker. Put in the winter melon punch cubes and cook until the solution reaches 80°C.
4.
Add jelly powder and mix well. Pour the mixture into the mould and chill in the fridge.
5.
Serve with the sweet potato balls, popping boba and diced fruit.
