Pork Patties with Chaozhou Salted Fish and Lotus Roots

Ingredients:
Chaozhou Salted Fish
Lotus Roots
Pork
Corn Starch
Mushroom Powder
Steps:
1.
Mince the pork with the Tornado Series Professional High Speed Food Processor. Cut the lotus roots into strips.
2.
Mix all ingredients together.
3.
Shape the minced pork into pork patties. Place them onto the Korean Barbeque Grill. Grill until fully cooked.
