Lemon Souffle

Ingredients:
Lemon
Eggs
Plain Flour
Sugar
Steps:
1.
Remove the top of the lemons. Remove the pulp and set aside.
2.
Seperate the egg yolks from the whites. Mix the egg yolks, sugar and all purpose flour with the Cordless Food Processor. Warm up the mixture using hot water. Beat until it thickens and doubles in volume.
3.
In a seperate bowl, whisk the egg whites using the Hand Blender until it thickens. Add sugar.
4.
After the egg yolk mixture cools down, mix in the egg whites in 3 seperate times to create the souffle filling.
5.
Pour the filling into the lemons. Bake in the Halogen Cooking Pot until it turns golden yellow. Serve.
