Stir Fried Fish Fillets with Eggs

Ingredients:
Grouper Fillets
Eggs
Onions
Corn Starch
Milk
Seasonings:
Pepper
Salt
Steps:
1.
Mix the ingredients (except the grouper fillets) with seasonings to create an egg mixture.
2.
Slice the grouper fillets. Pan fry in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker until they are 80% cooked. Set aside.
3.
Cut the onions into stripes. Saute in the Cooker and pour in half of the egg mixture.
4.
When the egg is cooked, put in the fish fillets and the rest of the egg mixture. Stir well and serve.
Tips:
Maria's Tips: Add corn starch slurry into your egg mixture to make it easier to solidify. Put in milk to make it smoother.
