Stir Fried Tri-Colour Peppers with Mature Vinegar

Ingredients:
Tri-Colour Peppers
Shallots
Garlic
Corn Starch
Sauce:
Mature Vinegar
Light Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
Steps:
1.
Deseed and dice the tri-colour peppers.
2.
Select the [Stir-Fry] mode on the Automatic IH Stir Fryer. Set the temperature to level 7 and time 6 minutes. Press [Start].
3.
Heat up the oil. Saute the garlic and shallots . Put in all remaining ingredients.
4.
Pour in the sauce ingredients to create the mature vinegar sauce.
5.
Reduce the sauce. Put in corn starch slurry and serve.
Tips:
Maria's Tips: Add corn starch slurry after the sauce is reduced to enrich the flavour of the tri-colour peppers.
