Steps:
1.
Absorb the moisture on the sole fillet using kitchen towels.
2.
Mix the flour with salt.
3.
Place a slice of cheese between two sole fillets. Coat both sides with flour.
4.
Apply pressure to the two pieces of sole fillets using kitchen towels.
5.
Heat up oil in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker until it reaches 180°C. Deep fry the sole fillets until fully cooked.
