Steamed Spotted Tail Morwong with Chinese Mushrooms and Pork

Ingredients:
Spotted Tail Morwong
Shredded Pork
Chinese Mushrooms
Dried Tangeribe Peels
Chinese Celery
Kohlrabi
Coriander
Chopped Spring Onions
Steps:
1.
Rinse the spotted tail morwong. Remove the scales and internal organs.
2.
Mince the pork, Chinese mushrooms, dried tangerine peels, Chinese celery and Kohlrabi. Place them on top of the dish.
3.
Select the "Steam" mode and preheat the 2-in1 Steam Oven for 5 minutes.
4.
Put the fish into the Oven and steam for 15 minutes.
5.
Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and boiling oil when the fish is fully cooked.
