Snow Fungus Soup with Minced Chicken

Ingredients:
Fresh Snow Fungus1-2 pcs
Frozen Chicken Thighs1 pc
Carrots2 pcs
Egg White2 pcs
CorianderTo Taste
Minced Hams
Water Chestnut Powder
Seasoning:
Salt
Steps:
1.
Mince the fresh snow fungus.
2.
Grind the chicken thighs with the Professional High Speed Food Processor.
3.
Mix the water chestnut powder and oil with the minced chicken. Mix well.
4.
Bring water to a boil in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Put in the minced chicken, snow fungus and carrots. Boil until they are fully cooked.
5.
Lastly, add minced hams, coriander, sesame oil and salt. Serve.

Maria's Tips: 1) Water chestnut powder offers greater relief from summer heat than corn starch. 2) Fresh snow fungus can be replaced by soaked dried snow fungus. 3) Steam and mince the hams with a knife.
