Teriyaki Chicken

Less than 30 min
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken Thigh1 pc
Chopped SeaweedsTo Taste
Sesame SeedsTo Taste
Seasonings:
SaltTo Taste
PepperTo Taste
Sauce:
Teriyaki Sauce3 tbsp
Japanese Soy Sauce2 tbsp
Mirin1 tsp
Steps:
1.
Rinse and pat dry the chicken. Marinate both sides with salt and pepper for 10 minutes.

Mix the sauce ingredients and heat in a pan until it thickens. Let cool and marinate chicken with the sauce for 20 minutes.
3.
With the skin facing upward, steam grill the chicken in the Steam Oven at 220°C for 7 minutes. Turn over and steam grill at 200°C for another 5 minutes.
4.
Sprinkle chopped seaweeds and sesame seeds on top. Serve hot.
