Eel Fish in Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients:
White Eel1/2 kg
Chili Pepper (shredded)1-2 pcs
Garlic (chopped)3-4 Cloves
Scallions (shredded)To Taste
Seasonings:
Fermented Black Bean (chopped)2 tbsp
Peanut OilTo Taste
SaltTo Taste
SugarTo Taste
PepperTo Taste
Corn Starch1 tspLight Soy SauceTo Taste
Steps:
1.
Rinse and slice the white eel.
2.
Mix the seasonings. Marinate the white eel with the mixture for 30 minutes.
3.
Place the white eel onto a plate and into the Steam Oven. Steam grill at 120°C for 12 minutes.
4.
Pour scallions and cooked oil over the fish. Serve hot.
