Mixed Sweet Rice Porridge with Coconut Milk

Ingredients:
Glutinous Rice1/2 Bowl
Black Glutinous Rice1/2 Bowl
Lotus Seeds1/2 Bowl
Peanuts1/2 Bowl
Azuki Beans (Red Beans)1/2 Bowl
Mung Beans1/2 Bowl
Dried Logans1/2 Bowl
Red Dates1/2 Bowl
Crystal Sugar1/2 Bowl
Coconut Milkl Can

Steps:
1.
Rinse all ingredients. Soak Azuki beans and peanuts in water for one night. Let the ingredients dry.
2.
Remove cores of lotus seeds and seeds of red dates.
3.
Put all ingredients into the IH Pressure Rice Cooker. Press the "Bean" button and cook for 40 minutes.
4.
Season with crystal sugar and coconut milk after the ingredients are cooked.
