King Snapper and Seafood Soup

Steps:

Remove scales and internal organs from the king snapper. Rinse and marinate with salt. Rinse and chop all vegetables.

Saute the onions with olive oil in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Toss in carrots and tomatoes; stir fry until tender. Pour in stock and cook for 5 minutes.

Put the king snapper into the Cooker. Select the "Pan Fry" function and sear both sides. After that, stir fry mussels and shrimps. Season with salt, close the lid and simmer briefly.

Remove the fish head. Put the rest of the fish, vegetable soup and hot water into the Professional High Speed Food Processor. Select the "Bisque" function. Lastly, put in the cooked seafood. Serve.
