Salmon and Pumpkin Bisque

Ingredients:
Bone-in Salmon Steak300 g
Pumpkin400 g
Onions1/4 pc
Crab MeatTo Taste
StockTo Taste
Hot WaterTo Taste
Seasonings:
SaltTo Taste
PepperTo Taste
Steps:
1.
Remove scales from the salmon steak. Rinse and marinate with salt. Peel the pumpkin. Keep the seeds.
2.
Put the salmon steak with the pumpkin together into the 2-in-1 Steam Oven. Steam for 5 and 15 minutes respectively.
3.
Put the fish, pumpkin, onions and stock and hot water into the Tornado Series Professional High Speed Food Processor. Select the "Bisque" function.
4.
Add seasonings. Press the "Pulse" button and blend well. Pour out the mixture and put in crab meat.
