German-style Grilled Pork Knuckle

Ingredients:
Pork knuckle1 pc
Potatoes1 pc
Celeries1 pc
White wine200 ml
Black pepper1 Teaspoon
Thyme2-3 pcs
Onions1 pc
Carrots1 pc
Steps:

Defrost, rinse and simmer the pork knuckle in IH Pressure Rice Cooker for 40 minutes until tender.
2.
Apply white wine, salt, black pepper and thyme evenly onto the pork rind.
3.
Create small holes all over the pork rind.
4.
Place vegetables into the Halogen Cooking Pot. Place the pork knuckle on the low rack and grill for 25 minutes at 250°C.
