Steamed Minced Pork

Ingredients:
Pork (Semi-fat pork shoulder)200 g
Salt3 g
Sugar5 g
Light Soy Sauce2 tbsp
Water50 ml
Corn Starch20 g
Sesame OilTo Taste
PepperTo Taste
OilTo Taste
Steps:
1.
Divide the pork into 4 pieces so that each piece weights 50g.
2.
Put all ingredients into the Tornado Series Professional High Speed Food Processor. Select the second speed setting. Blend for 20 seconds.
3.
Steam for 12 minutes in the Steam Oven. Serve.
