Express with Cured Meat

Ingredients:
White Rice200g

Corn Starch70g
Wheat Flour20g
Turnip600g
Chinese Sausage30g
Cured Meat30g
Dried Shrimps20g
Chinese Mushrooms20g
Slab Sugar20g
RosolioTo Taste
Seasonings:

Steps:
1.
Soak the white rice into 200g of water for 3 hours or above. Drain the water and set the rice aside.
2.
Dice and saute the Chinese sausages and cured meat. Peel the turnip and cut into thick strips. Set aside.
3.
Stir fry 400g of turnip strips (for about 3 minutes) until tender. Add slab sugar, rosolio and stir fry for a while. Then, toss in the cured meat and stir well.
4.
Put rice, 200g of water, 200g of turnip, corn starch and wheat flour into the Professional High Speed Food Processor. Press the "Vegetable" button and blend into rice slurry.
5.
Pour the rice slurry into the cured meat, fried turnip strips and seasonings. Mix well.
6.
Pour the mixture into a cake mold. Steam for 45 minutes.
7.
Let it cool and serve.
