Mushroom & Sausage Pizza

Ingredients:
Crust:
Flour
Yeast & Sugar
Salt
Shor tening
Warm Water
Sauce:
Tomato Sauce
Garlic (Finely Chopped)
Bacon (Finely Chopped)
Assor ted Herbs (Oregano, Basil, etc.)
Salt & Sugar
Toppings:
Ham or Sausage (Diced)
Bacon (Diced)
Green & Red Pepper
Mushroom (Sliced)
Ground Cheese
Steps:

Add yeast in warm water. Sift flour on table. Create a hole in the center and add in sugar, salt and yeast liquid. Mix together with hands until a clean dough is formed. Add shortening and then knead until shortening is fully mixed in the dough.

When dough becomes firm in texture and glossy on the surface, divide it into several small portions. Cover with wet towel for about an hour.

Roll dough into flat, round pizza bases. Place them in Baking Pan. Using a fork, poke small holes on crust dough. Bake in Halogen Cooking Pot at 180°C for 12 min.

In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients together. Cut or chop topping ingredients into desired sizes and shapes.
5.
Remove crust from Halogen Cooking Pot. Place crust in Frying Pan. Apply sauce over crust and arrange toppings on top. Sprinkle cheese and bake for another 5 min at 250°C.
