Fungus Soup with Pumpkins and Dried Scallops

Ingredients:
Fungus
Stock
Dried scallops
Pumpkins
Shaoxing wine
Chinese wolfberries
Steps:
1.
Cook fungus, stock and Shaoxing wine together in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Place the cooked fungus in bowl and leave aside.
2.
Cook pumpkins in the Cooker with water until they become soft.
3.
Blend dried scallops, pumpkins, stock and water in the Professional High Speed Food Processor. Pour the mixture into the bowl with fungus and top with a few Chinese wolfberries.
