Mandarin Fish in Soup with Lotus Seeds, Chinese Wolfberries, Poor Man's Ginseng and Dried Longans

Ingredients:
Lotus seeds
Chinese wolfberries
Poor man's gingseng
Dried longans
Mandarin fish
Seasonings:
Salt
Mushroom powder
Fish sauce
Steps:
1.
Soak lotus seeds and poor man's gingseng in water. Rinse mandarin fish.
2.
Boil water with the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Put in lotus seeds, Chinese wolfberries, poor man's gingseng and dried longans. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

Add seasonings.
4.
Switch to the "Slow Stew" mode and soak the fish into the hot soup until it is cooked.
