Poor man's gingseng

Pork shoulder
Candied dates
Dried tangerine peels
Chinese wolfberries

Steps:

Blanch pork shoulder and guail.

Put all ingredients (except Chinese wolfberries) into the Ultimate Rice Cooker and add hot water. Close and lock the lid. Select the "Soup" function.

When the programme is finished, let the Rice Cooker automatically release its pressure. Add Chinese wolfberries, press the "Soup" button again and boil for 20 more minutes. Season with salt.
