Remove shells from the shrimps and bones from the fish. Rinse both.

Blend shrimps and fish seperately with the Professsional High Speed Food Processor. Take the mash out and add chopped spring onions, shredded coriander and marinade. Stir the two mash seperately until a paste is formed.

Pan fry shrimp and fish mash in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker so that shrimp and fish cakes are created. Take them out and cut into pieces.

Saute ginger, dried shallots and garlic in the Cooker. Add all ingredients as well as the shrimp and fish cakes. Stir fry until everything is cooked.
5.
Lastly, add seasonings and stir.
