Black soybeans
Arisaema tubes fungus
Lotus seeds
Black dates
Lilies
Ginger
Dried tangerine peels
Seasonings:
Salt
Steps:
1.
Rinse all ingredients. Soak briefly.
2.
Put all ingredients into steaming pots. Add water and steam for 1.5 hours using the Steam Oven.
