Homemade Dinner Rolls

Ingredient:
Yeast1tbsp
Warm water8oz
Sugar2 tbsp
Flour2cup
Olive oil2½tbsp
Salt½tbsp
eggsmall size
Garlic (minced)
Butter
Steps:
1.
Add sugar, yeast & warm water, sit for 10min.
2.
Knead into soft dough.
3.
Knead 3-5 min more.
4.
Divide into 6 pieces, rub into small rounds.
5.
Put dough on oiled Baking Pan.
6.
Put Baking Pan & Low Rack. 180℃-190℃, Bake for 12 min.
