Ingredients:
Whole chicken
Salt
Sugar
Salty chicken powder
Vinegar100g
Maltose20g
Steps:
1.
Rinse chicken.
2.
Cut along backbone, remove backbone.
3.
Rub seasonings over chicken, marinate 2 hrs.
4.
Apply glazing, cool-dry for 2 hrs.
5.
Rest chicken flat.
6.
Put Low Rackļ¼ŒRing Extension.
7.
TURBO, Turn chicken after 15 min.
8.
Roast for another 10 min.
