Steamed Pompano Fish

Less than 30 min
Ingredients:
Fish
Spring onion(sectioned)
Spring onion(shredded)
Ginger(shredded)
Chilli(sliced)
Cooked peanut oil
Soy sauce
Steps:
1.
Put half of the spring onion on plate.
2.
Put Frying Plate and place fish on spring onion.
3.
Pour 1" high water into glass container.
4.
Put Low Rack.
5.
Put fish on Low Rack.
6.
Put High Rack over fish, rest Baking Pan on top.
7.
Select TURBO and Steam for 30 min.
8.
Put ginger, spring onion, chilli, soy sauce & cooked oil.
