Chicken in Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:
Chicken thighs
Red peppers
Red chili
Dried spring onions
Garlic
Ginger
Herbs (rosemary, thyme)
Olive oil
Marinades:
Salt
Pepper
Seasame oil
Seasoning:

Apple cider vinegar
Sugar
Steps:
1.
Marinate chicken thighs.
2.
Grill red peppers and chili. Remove peels.
3.
Fry chicken thighs with dried spring onions, ginger, garlic, herbs and salt in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker.
