Water Chestnut & Coix Seed Soup

Ingredients:
Water Chestnut
Coix Seed
Bombax Ceiba
Chinese Yam
Carrot
Sugarcane
Imperatae
Steps:
1.
Wash all ingredients. Soak job’s tears in water for washing. Peel water chestnuts. Cut carrots into pieces and cut sugarcane into halves.
2.
Put all ingredients and water into Ultimate Rice Cooker. Set Cooker lid in “locked” position and select “SOUP” function (or set cook time at 25 min).
3.
Once the “Keep Warm” indicator lights up and Floater sinks down,open cooker lid and serve.
