Stewed Chicken with Ginseng and Red Dates

Steps:
1.
Blanch pork shoulder and chicken with ginger and Shaoxing wine. Soak ginseng in water.
2.
Boil water with the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Put in all ingredients and cook for 1.5 hours using the "Boil" function, or for 2 hours or more using the "Slow Stew" function.
3.
Season with salt.
