Mini Pumpkin Crème Brûlée

Ingrdients:
Baby pumpkins
Milk
Cream
Egg yoke
Sugar
Steps:
1.
Cut baby pumpkins open and remove the pulp.
2.
Cook milk, cream and sugar in a saucepan in low heat. Add egg yoke and stir well.
3.
Pour the mixture into the pumpkin bowls. Place them into the Steam Oven and steam for 30 minutes.
