Pan-fried Iberico Pork with Cherries & Herbs

Ingredients:
Iberico pork
Cherries
Marinade:
Salt
Pepper
Rosemary
Thymer
Parsley
Seasonings:
White wine
Sugar
Salt
Pepper
Glass noodles
Steps:
1.
Marinate pork with salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme and parsley.
2.
Pan fry the pork in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker using the "Pan Fry" function. Leave aside.
3.
Cook cherries with white wine, sugar, salt, pepper and glass noodles so that a sauce is formed. Mix with pork and stir well.
