Hairy Figs and Silky Fowl Soup

Fresh hairy figs
Silky fowl
Dragon bones
Dried tangerine peels
Lilies
Lotus seeds
Scented Solomon's seals

Steps:

Rinse fresh hairy figs. Blanch silky fowl and dragon bones with ginger and Shaoxing wine. Rinse and soak dried tangerine peels, lilies and scented Solomon's seals in water.
