Rinse flathead and let dry. Blanch lean pork with ginger and Shaoxing wine. Rinse poor man's gingseng and peanuts before soaking them in water.

Saute flathead and ginger in the Ultimate Rice Cooker.

Put in all other ingredients and pour in boiling water. Close and lock the lid. Select the "Soup" function.

Open the lid when the steam is fully released. Season with salt.
