Cheese Back Ribs

Rib:
Mozzarella Cheese
Cheddar Cheese
Steps:
1.
Cut rib into slices. Marinade rib with seasonings for 2 hours.
2.
Place rib on Korean Barbecue Grill.
3.
Grill until done. Pour remaining sauce on it. Place mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese on top and grill until cheese is melted.
