Beef Brisket Stew

Beef Brisket :
Carrot
Turnip
Scallion (sectioned)
Ginger
Chinese Star Anise
Sichuan Pepper
Clove
Cinnamon
Tsaoko
Chicken Stock (or Water)
Light Soy Sauce
Dark Soy Sauce
Rock Sugar
Steps:
1.
Wash, peel and cut carrot and turnip, set aside.
2.
Cut beef into small pieces and scald in hot water.
3.
Add all ingredients and seasonings into IH Pressure Cooker. Pour in chicken stock until it just covers all ingredients. Select “Braise" function.
