Honey & Lemon Cake

Ingredients:
Egg
3pc
Cake Flour
50g
Water
20ml
Honey
35g
Lemon juice
30ml
Sugar
25g
Icing Sugar
to taste
Steps:
1.
Whisk egg and sugar in a bowl for 10 mins.
2.
Blend in lemon juice, water and honey.
3.
Sieve in cake flour slowly and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
4.
Pour the mixture into IH Pressure Cooker. Select“Cake" function and set to 45 minutes.
5.
Let cool. Sprinkle icing sugar on top.
