Steamed Egg White with Shrimp

Egg White:
Dried Scallop
Shrimp
Water/ Clear Chicken Broth
Steps:
1.
Wash and de-shell scallop, tear into small pieces.
2.
Mix scallop with oil. Add water in rice cooker and place steaming basket. Select “Steam" function. Set time to 5 minutes. Press “Start”. Then drain.
3.
Whisk egg whites, mix in Water/ Clear Chicken Broth (as much as egg whites). Shell shrimps, put in the egg mixture and leave the tail out.
4.
Put egg mixture in Rice Cooker. Close lid and press “Steam" function. Set time to 15 minutes. Press “Start”.
5.
Sprinkle scallions and serve.
