Mixed Sweet Rice Porridge

Azuki Beans (Red Beans):
Peanut
Mung beans
Lotus Seed
Sticky Rice
Black Glutinous Rice
Red Date
Dried Longan
Cold Water
Sugar
Steps:
1.
Soak the red beans and peanut for 1 night.
2.
Add water, the soaked red beans and peanut into the Rice Cooker. Select “Porridge" function. Press "START│KEEP WARM".
3.
Add mung beans, lotus seed, black glutinous rice and sticky rice after done. Select “Porridge" function again. Press "START│KEEP WARM".
4.
Add red date and dried longan and sugar after an hour. Cook for 30 min.
