Beef & Mushroom Donburi

Ingredients:
Beef (thin slices)
Japanese Rice Grain
Water
Japanese Hon Mushrooms
Onion (cut into strips)
Steps:
1.
Mix seasonings in a bowl. Chop beef and marinate for a few min.
2.
Select “Roast” function on the IH Pressure Cooker. Open lid and turn the Opening Switch to “closed” position.
3.
Heat oil inside the pot. Sauté onion. Add sauce ingredients and stir well. Remove from heat.
4.
In the pot, add rice grain, onion, mushroom and then water. Close lid and press “Rice” function.
5.
When finished, mix in beef and close lid for 3 minutes. Add sauce and mix well. Serve when hot.
