Ingredients:
eggplant (Sliced)
reserved sweet Vegetable
drumsticks
chicken stock ginger
scallion green
Steps:
1.
blend ginger into juice, then add some salt, Shaoxing Wine as sauce. Then, mardinate the drumsticks with the mixed sauce.
2.
Put the rice and chicken stock into the Rice Cooker by 1:1 ratio, choose "Chinese-MED" function.
3.
When the rice cooker turn into Braising process, put the mardinated drumsticks on top of the rice. wait until the rice cooker progress to"Keep Warm".
4.
Fry the preserved sweet vegetable with sugar, sesame oil.
5.
Put the sliced eggplant into the pan with some salt then add the preserved sweet vegetable. At last, put the eggplant and sweet vegetable on top of the rice.
