Ingredients:
Cabbage 1 pc
Mozzarella Cheese
Korean Rice Cake
Korean Chili Pepper Paste
Dried Katsuo
Fish Ball
Onion
Paprika
Kombu
Steps:
1.
Soak kombu and water in Water Kettle for 1 hour.
2.
Press “90°C”, add katsuo after warm light is on. Then press “70°C”.Serve after katsuo sink to the bottom.
3.
Stir-fry cabbage, korean chilli pepper paste, onion and paprika with Health Cooker. Pour in Kombu Dashi.
4.
Add Korean rice cake, fish ball and mozzarella cheese in Health Cooker. Cook until done.
