Hainanese Chicken Rice

Ingredients:
Rice Grain
Clear Chicken Broth
Chicken Leg
Salt
Lemongrass
Ginger
Pandan Leaf
Garlic
Steps:
1.
Marinate chicken legs with salt and white pepper.
2.
Dice up garlic, chili and ginger. Mix with soy sauce, lime juice and chili sauce for dipping.
3.
Wash and drain rice grain. Put rice, chicken broth, salt, lemongrass, ginger, pandan and garlic in Rice Cooker.
4.
Place chicken leg on top. Close lid and press “Thai Rice - Hard”. Press “Start”.
5.
Cut chicken legs into smaller pieces. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
