Ground Pork with Salted Fish

Ingredients:
Ground Pork
Salted Fish
Scallions
Light Soy Sauce
Dark Soy Sauce
Sugar
Corn Starch
Sesame Oil
Rice Wine
Steps:
1.
Combine pork, seasonings and 2 tbsp. of water. Stir until sticky. Marinate for 10 min.Spread pork evenly in a plate.

Put salted fish on top.

Add water in rice cooker, place steaming basket and ground pork. Close lid and press “Steam"" function. Set time to 15 minutes. Press “Start”.
4.
Sprinkle scallions over pork and serve.
