Bake chicken breast in steam and grill oven, at 250˚C-260˚C for 10 minutes. Cut into pieces.

Put all dressing ingredients in Professional High-speed Food Processor. Make the sauce with the "sauce" program.

Mix romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing evenly, place chicken pieces on top, add crispy bread crumbs and bacon crumbs. Enjoy.
