Homemade Scallion Pancake

Ingredients:
Bread Flour
Sugar
Hot Water
Vegetable Oil
Scallions(chopped)
Steps:

Pour flour, sugar, hot water and vegetable oil into Kneading Chamber of Dough & Noodle Maker. Press “Knead” to knead into a dough. When done, cover it with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 min.

Roll dough into a 5mm-thick disc. Drizzle sesame oil, sprinkle salt and scallions on top. Roll tightly into a log. Twirl and press it out into a 2cm-thick circle.
3.
Add and heat up oil in the Deep Fry Cooker using “Pan Fry” mode. Press “Start”. Lay dough flat in the cooker. Fry until both sides are browned.
