Conch & Chinese Yam Soup

Ingredients:
Frozen Conch
Pork Shin
Carrot
Dried Chinese Yam
Chinese Wolfberry
Dried Longan
Ginger
Water
Salt
Steps:
1.
Defrost conch. Clean it and scrub it with salt. Scald in boiling water with pork. Chill by cold water. Wash and drain Chinese yam, wolfberry and longan. Section carrot into chunks.

Add ginger and water into 8-in1 Deep Fry Cooker. Select “Slow Stew” mode. Set timer to 4 hours. Press “Start”. Add remaining ingredients when water boils. Close lid.
3.
Season to taste and serve.
