Self-Raising Flour

Sugar
3tbsp
Salt
to taste
Oil
to taste
Steps:
1.
Whisk egg whites for about 2 min until they turn into foam form. Add sugar and salt; continue whisking until foam becomes firm
2.
Fold in egg yolk, seized flour and oil into the mixture
3.
Pour mixture into lightly-greased Casserole Pot
4.
Gently tap Casserole Pot on table in order to drive out excessive air bubbles. Cover the lid
5.
Place Casserole Pot into Halogen Cooking Pot, bake for approx. 10-12 min using Low Rack
